Final Report List
This information is very important! It will be provided to next year’s organizers and used for reporting to the universities to show the quality and value of the conference and to encourage their ongoing support.
Please submit your final report and supporting documents as soon as possible after the conference, and no later than three months after the event.
Email your documents to: conferences@scienceatlantic.ca
Final report spreadsheet (available here), which includes four tabs:
- Conference name, date, location, etc., and list of organizing committee members
- Attendance summary by school
- Sponsor contact information
- Suppliers contact information and key local contacts (on and off campus)

Written summary, including:
- Who prepared the report including contact information
- Conference highlights
- Keynote speakers
- Recommendations for next year
- Other
Electronic copy of conference program
Any other materials you created (e.g. poster, evaluation form, graphic design files, etc.) that you think might be useful to future organizers
