What is a Science Atlantic Conference?

Science Atlantic conferences are organized by students and their host institutions. Science Atlantic’s role is to ensure you are equipped with the necessary tools and resources. One of those resources is Conference-in-a-box.

What is Conference-in-a-Box?

Conference-in-a-box is a resource that was created to help with the organizing process. It was crafted through information gathered from previous conferences. Imagine if Conference-in-a-box was a book, and Science Atlantic was the author of the book.

Your Role

Conference organizing consists of many roles. Each one being vital to the organizing process as a whole. With the help of your faculty and institution, below is some tasks that you might encounter as a student organizer

Organizing a team that will help with the execution of the conference
Learning how to plan an event
Working with numerous people within your field and area of interest
